Plans, trials, and billing

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. Subscribing happens through Stripe Checkout — Starter ($19/mo, up to 100 SKUs with rules) or Pro ($39/mo, unlimited). Annual billing gives two months free. Beta testers enter their code at checkout for free access.

Upgrades, downgrades, card changes, and cancellation are all self-serve via Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

If a payment fails you keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that the account becomes read-only: your data and dashboards stay visible, but rule changes and PO drafting pause until billing is fixed. Nothing is deleted.
