Terms of Service

Draft — last updated August 2026.

The service

ReorderPilot monitors tracked inventory in your connected Xero organisation(s) and creates draft purchase orders for your review. Draft POs are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing, approving, and sending them in Xero. ReorderPilot never computes or overrides tax and never sends anything to your suppliers.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe with a 14-day free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal. If payment fails, your account becomes read-only after a 7-day grace period; your data is not deleted.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure, connect only Xero organisations you are authorised to manage, and verify quantities and suppliers on draft purchase orders before approving them.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReorderPilot is not liable for losses arising from stock decisions, supplier orders, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

Xero

ReorderPilot is a Xero connected app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xero. Your use of Xero is governed by Xero's own terms.
