What we access from Xero
With your consent, ReorderPilot reads your tracked inventory items, supplier contacts, and organisation settings, and creates draft purchase orders. To suggest reorder points we read recent sales invoices and aggregate quantities per item — we do not store customer identities. We request the minimum scopes Xero offers for these tasks, read-only wherever possible.
What we store
Item codes, names, quantities and costs; supplier names; the rules you set; a log of purchase orders we created; and encrypted Xero refresh tokens (AES-256-GCM at rest, never logged). We store no customer records and no invoice contents.
AI and your data
No model is ever trained on your Xero data. Reorder suggestions are computed per-organisation at request time with classical statistics, as permitted by Xero's developer terms.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting a Xero organisation revokes our access immediately; its data is deleted after 30 days. Deleting your account removes all your data immediately and permanently. You can export your items and rules as CSV at any time from Settings.
