Will ReorderPilot change anything in my Xero?
It creates draft purchase orders — that's the only write. Drafts sit in Xero waiting for your review; nothing is approved or sent to a supplier by us, ever. Every PO we create is logged with a link, and tax always follows your organisation's defaults.
Do I need to be on Shopify or Amazon?
No — that's the point. ReorderPilot is built for wholesalers, makers, parts rooms, and food producers who track inventory in Xero itself, not through an ecommerce channel.
Where do the suggested reorder points come from?
From roughly 90 days of your own sales invoices: weekly sales velocity × supplier lead time + a week of safety stock. Every suggestion is labelled and editable, and your data is never used to train anything.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnecting revokes our Xero access immediately; the organisation's data is deleted after 30 days. Deleting your account purges everything at once. You can export your rules as CSV any time.
