Multiple organisations (for bookkeepers)

One ReorderPilot account can connect several Xero organisations — connect each from the onboarding page or Settings. Items, rules, alerts, and purchase orders are kept strictly per organisation; the dashboard shows every organisation's low stock in one list, labelled by org.

Each organisation syncs independently, so one client's Xero hiccup never blocks the others. Disconnecting one organisation (Settings) revokes access immediately and leaves the rest untouched.
